MATT 156 - Advanced CNC Mill Programming and Operation
Credits: 2
An advanced course in CNC mill programming and operation. Topics include advanced geometric figure generation, RS-274 programming, machine operating systems, process control and improvement and ANSI/NIMS requirements. This course satisfies ANSI/NIMS requirements for machinists.
Prerequisite(s): MATT 115 and MATT 154 and MATT 155 and MATT 121 .
Offered: Ocassionally.
One lecture hour, two lab hours.
