CULA 113 - Basic Baking Skills


Credits: 2

Hands-on introduction to the fundamentals of baking with an emphasis on baking science. Students learn to use the professional equipment needed to create a variety of desserts, pastries and baked goods.

Prerequisite(s): HRMG 118 .
