ANTH 2310 - Anthropology of Food

[Previously offered as: ANTH 252] An exploration of the complex interrelationships among people, culture, society and food. Students will examine the connection between food and cultural practices from many perspectives, including historical, societal, anthropological, culinary and scientific.

Prerequisite(s): ENGL 109 .
