This program allows students to develop a degree plan with an emphasis in the physical sciences. Students must work closely with their transfer institutions and their SFCC advisors to ensure the best transition to four-year schools.

Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Formulate hypotheses used in scientific inquiry.
- Test hypotheses experimentally using a variety of techniques.
- Solve problems in the physical sciences (physics and chemistry) conceptually and quantitatively.
- Demonstrate knowledge of concepts and information in the physical sciences.

Creative and Fine Arts (3-6 Credits)
Humanities (3-6 Credits)
The combined total of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Humanities and Creative and Fine Arts areas should equal 12 credit hours.
