PHED 1290D - Team Sport: Pickleball Intermediate Level I

This course is intended for experienced players seeking to refine advanced techniques and develop strategic awareness for competitive play. Students will work on advanced dinking, resets, third-shot decision making and transition zone movement. Topics include defense recovery, anticipation, partner formations and match strategy. Instruction emphasizes precision, adaptability and mental composure under pressure. Regular match play and performance feedback prepares students for tournament or league level competition.
Graded: Letter Grade.
Prerequisite(s): PHED 1290A .
Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
Two lab hours.
