ALTF 161 - Introduction to Algae Cultivation

Credits: 3

Introduction to algal biology and sustainable cultivation. Topics include biological molecules, water chemistry, algal taxonomy, evolution, photosynthesis, analytical and cultivation techniques, and troubleshooting algal cultures. Data collection, record keeping, and safety are emphasized throughout the course.
