Program Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this certificate, students will be able to:

• Demonstrate basic proficiency in speaking and listening comprehension in Spanish.
• Demonstrate basic proficiency in reading comprehension in Spanish.
• Demonstrate basic proficiency in writing in Spanish.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the different Spanish-speaking communities around the world and the many variations in the language that exist.
