EXSC 1120 - Instructional Methods: Pilates

Credits: 0.5

[Previously offered as: EXSC 120] A course designed to prepare fitness and exercise professionals to teach Pilates mat classes at varying skill levels to generally healthy adults.

May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit. Permission required.
