PHED 1620A - Fitness: Fitness for Older Adults

[Previously Offered as: HPER 171L] Concentrates on development of muscular strength and endurance, as well as on aerobic conditioning, balance, and flexibility for the older adult. Safety in both technique and exercise progression is emphasized. Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring. Two lab hours. Students are required to be at least 16 years old to enroll in this course.

May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit.
