LEGL 112 - Introduction to the Paralegal Profession

Credits: 3

Basics of the paralegal profession and the application of paralegal skills in the law office. Students learn case management, set up of files, how to track billing, maintenance of court calendar, preparation for trial, and law office management. Legal ethics for paralegals are reinforced.

Prerequisite(s): ENGL 109 .
