F - Bootcamp [Previously offered as: HPER 180L] Group training using functional fitness activities to develop cardiovascular conditioning, core strength, muscular strength and endurance, power, speed, and agility in a challenging class format. Students should be free of any chronic injuries or acute injuries.

May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit.
Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
Two lab hours.
