A)- Hiking [Previously offered as: HPER 165L] Introduction to the basic skills and knowledge essential to hiking. Overall fitness, map-reading, environmental awareness, and outdoor safety considerations are emphasized.

Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
Two lab hours.
