PHED 1910 Sec B - Outdoor Experience: Snowshoeing

B- Snowshoeing [Prevoiusly offered as: HPER 158L] An introduction and development of basic skills and knowledge essential to snowshoeing. Overall fitness, trail selection, and outdoor focused exercise safety are integral subjects of the course.
