Review of water and wastewater plant operations and regulations in preparation for the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) Utility Operators Certification Program (UOCP) exams. Major topics include federal, state and local regulations, sampling, disinfection, distribution and collection systems, pumps and motors, water characteristics, wells, safety, surface water treatment operations, maintenance and applied hydraulics.
