ARTS 1811L - Silversmithing I


Credits: 3

This course is designed for students to gain mastery in fabricating high end silver products. This course will enable students to gain the skills in layout and design, high temp soldering, manufacturing dies to form various silver pieces, placing and soldering of borders. Lab will consist of design and completion of a ranger buckle set. May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit.

Offered: Fall and Spring.
Six lab hours.
